System Size Justification: Based on Danville's NEM policy, residential systems have a max system size of 20 kW AC. We arrive at a maximum allowable kW DC value based off of our AC-DC conversion factor. There is no maxmium usage offset, but significantly over 100% is not recommended as excess credits beyond annual consumption will not be credited.    

Monthly Net Metering Credit: Excess NEM credits can be carried over from month to month on a per kWh basis.

Annual Credit True Up: Excess credits trued up once annually. Excess credits may carry forward to the next year, but only if excess credits do not exceed bill consumption for the last 12 months
