System Size Justification: Based on Walton EMC's net metering rider, residential projects can not exceed 50 kW AC. Poly arrives at a maximum allowable kW DC value based off of our AC-DC conversion factor. In addition, Poly will enforce an offset restrcition of 125% to limit poor solar savings associated with overbuilt systems under Walton's Inflow/ outflow solar crediting tariff.

Monthly Net Metering Credit: Production self-consumed immediately in the home avoids purchasing electricity at the retail rate. All kWhs exported to the grid are valued at ~$0.04247/ kWh- there is no net metering taking place. This credit is applied to the current months bill.

Annual Credit True Up: No annual true- up; settled monthly at generation rate
