System Size Justification: Based on Cowetta- Fayette EMC's net metering rider, residential projects can not exceed 10 kW AC. Poly arrives at a maximum allowable kW DC value based off of our AC-DC conversion factor. Cowetta- Fayette EMC does not enforce an offset restriction.

Monthly Net Metering Credit: Each month, production exported to the grid is netted on a 1:1 basis against total monthly consumption. Any excess production above what was consumed that month will only be credited at the Solar avoided cost rate (~2.757 cents/ kWh) and applied to the customers account. The utility charges a $4 per month Admin Fee to solar customers.
