System Size Justification: Based on FL State law, Rule 25-6.065 Tier 1 systems are capped at 11.76 kW DC. Above this cap, Tier 2 system require $1 million of general liability insurance. PRECO does not impose an offset restriction. 

Monthly Net Metering Credit: Excess NEM credits can be carried over from month to month as a per kWh credit

Annual Credit True Up: Excess NEM credits are trued-up at the QF-1, as-available rate ($0.03/ kWh) on the first bill of each year
