System Size Justification: Since OUC is a municipal utility, they decided to waive the $1 million insurance requirement set by Rule 25-6.065 for some Tier 2 systems. This insurance requirement only applies to systems above 20 kW AC in OUC territory. Based on the AC-DC conversion factor, the system sizes larger than 23.5 kW DC will require $1 million of general liability insurance. OUC does not have any offset restrictions.

Monthly Net Metering Credit: Excess NEM credits can be carried over from month to month on a per kWh basis

Annual Credit True Up: Excess NEM credits trued-up at the full retail rate in December; account is then set back to zero
