Monthly Net Metering Credit: Excess NEM credits can be carried over from month to month on a per kWh basis. A $30 per month minimum bill went effect in 2022.

Annual Credit True Up: Excess NEM credits trued-up at $0.03265/kWh during December; account is then set back to zero
